Lead Machine Learning Engineer to support a global IT services business.
Responsibilities:
Lead client discussions to understand business problems and design technical solutions using machine learning models.
Develop and deploy ML models on Google Cloud using frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and torch.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ML developments and bring new ideas to the team.
Line management duties: Engage with team members, support their professional development, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Requirements:
Experience as a technical lead on projects involving a public cloud provider.
Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms.
Hands-on experience with training, deploying, and optimizing ML models.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud ML tools.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
