If so, my client has the perfect opportunity for you as a Maintenance Technician Lead (Electrical bias) within the UK Energy Sector.

What you will be doing as a Maintenance Technician Lead:

In this exciting role, you'll lead a team of skilled Technicians to maintain, repair, and fault-find on a variety of technical equipment. From supervising the day-to-day operations to troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, your expertise will ensure work is completed to the highest standard. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will demonstrate the ability to identify ways to maximise time and minimise costs.

Your day to day will include:

Plan, schedule, and execute work safely, efficiently, and to client standards Conduct inspections, create work orders, and maintain accurate records and reports Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and offshore standards Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Monitor budgets and report cost variances to the onshore team …all while adhering to industry-leading safety practices within the renewables sector.

What we need from you as the Maintenance Technician Lead:

Your expertise you have gained from a similar leadership/supervisory role. Minimum level 3 Technical Cert, Full GWO, Bosiet and valid medical certs. CompEX Cert would be desirable.

To excel, you'll bring a proactive, pragmatic approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and develop a motivated team. Strong multi-tasking abilities and the confidence to manage diverse responsibilities. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to convey ideas.
