We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a

Lead Management & Tax Accountant . You'll be at the forefront of financial decision-making for our Food Franchise and Cobra Coffee (Starbucks) operations. This is your opportunity to lead a talented team, shape financial strategy, and contribute to the success of two thriving business areas.

Producing and overseeing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Managing VAT and Corporation Tax compliance and deadlines. Preparing annual financial statements and leading audit deliverables. Conducting financial appraisals for new franchise and Cobra Coffee sites. Leading, coaching, and developing a team of two. Acting as the senior financial contact for day-to-day operations. What we're looking for:

Hold a CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification. Have proven experience as a Management Accountant in a commercial, fast-paced environment. Retail or hospitality experience is a plus. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills. Possess excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels. Have a track record of leading, motivating, and developing teams. Be proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating IT systems. While experience in tax compliance is desirable, we're committed to providing training in this area to help you excel.
