This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior role in our well-established auto service centre. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all workshop activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with a high level of expertise, particularly in Ford vehicles. Lead, train, and inspire a team of mechanics to excel in their craft. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and detailed explanations of technical issues. Qualifications: Proven experience as a mechanic, with a strong background in Ford vehicles. Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team. Relevant certifications and qualifications in automotive repair. Warrant of Fitness (VI) certification preferred.
