Role: This is a Senior / Lead / Principal role for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in Offshore Wind Balance of Plant / Equipment / Utilities, including:

Cranes Pumps Generators Water systems Lifting HVAC T&I Topside design

Essential to have senior mechanical engineering experience on BoP / equipment for offshore structures - ideally Offshore Substations. Would suit Senior / Principal / Lead with a background in the design of offshore equipment for either oil & gas or offshore wind.

Responsibilities: Offshore engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and testing, operation, maintenance. EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Operation and Maintenance for BoP for Offshore Platforms. BoP / Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&G substations/platforms. Writing / reviewing / improving Technical and Engineering Requirements. Review of bidders' technical offers. Technical / Design development clarifications.

Experience Required: BoP / Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&G substations/platforms. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, Civil, Structural or similar. EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Platforms. Advantage: Experience working with developer / EPCI contractor on Offshore structures. HVDC Offshore platforms.

Location: UK or EU. Hybrid working (office & WFH).

Essential to have BoP / Equipment / O&M experience for Offshore Structures & Engineering degree. Experience can be either on Offshore Wind or O&G substations/platforms.
