Resourcing Operations Delivery Coordinator
Lead Mechanical Inspector Contract until End of August 2025 The Lead inspector will be responsible for all site Quality Control matters including resolution of problems in conjunction with Contractor. The tasks and responsibilities are summarized below: Ensuring that inspectors are always in possession of the updated data/documents (e.g. ITP, QC procedures etc.) and adequate tools to perform their duties in a proper manner. Promoting a pro-active approach to improve Supplier/Contractor QC system by suggesting updates to ITPs and QC procedures as necessary. Reviewing Pipe Tracking System / Document Management System electronic content. Reviewing Supplier/Contractor documentation as necessary and requested. Preparing and dispatching daily/weekly reports as per instructions received from Project Team. Processing Supplier/Contractor nonconformity reports, always interfacing with Project Team and providing for corrective actions follow up. Issuing nonconformity reports in consultation with Project Team. Qualification and Knowledge Extensive experience in LSAW pipe manufacturing grade X65 and above. Current or previously held CSWIP 3.2 or 3.1 qualification. Current or previously held Level 2 NDT qualifications as per ISO 9712 in UT, MPI or RT. Fully conversant with DNV-ST-F101 (2017) & API 5L requirements and relevant general international standards (e.g. ISO, ASME, ASTM, EN etc.). Experience witnessing Pipe Mill activities, including destructive testing. Seniority Level
