A prominent London Market Insurer is seeking an experienced professional to manage the validation of Internal Models (IM) across multiple entities. This role involves evaluating model processes, governance, and reviewing data, assumptions, and model outcomes.

You will coordinate with external validators and lead internal resources within a co-sourcing framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and actuarial standards. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the validation of technical provisions with support from junior team members. Although external validation support will remain in place for the coming years, the company aims to reduce its reliance on external resources, offering a unique opportunity to help build and expand internal validation capabilities, with potential for team growth.

To be considered, candidates must be FIA qualified and have significant validation experience within the non-life insurance sector.
