Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid Working) Salary:

£39,000 - £48,000 per annum Contract:

Temporary (6-month rolling contract with potential for extensions or permanency) Hours:

37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible working hours)

About the Role: Join our team at a leading public sector organisation dedicated to maintaining peace and stability in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our management applications. This role involves leading a diverse IT team, making critical technical decisions, and driving the migration to the latest .NET technologies.

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of developers; take ownership of technical decisions. Development & Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of existing applications, integrating new features and technologies. Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with IT management to set technical directions and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

What We're Looking For: Professional Experience:

Extensive experience in .NET/C# development with a proven track record of leading development teams. Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in JavaScript, Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. Leadership Skills:

Ability to inspire, lead, and nurture a team, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Education:

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
