Lead Network Engineer - Network Infrastructure Lead Network Engineer Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Lead Network Engineer to drive our organisation's network infrastructure strategy and implementation. As a Lead Network Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our technological innovation, bringing unparalleled expertise in complex network technologies and design. Key Responsibilities of the Lead Network Engineer Lead and strategise enterprise-wide network infrastructure projects As a Lead Network Engineer, design and architect sophisticated network solutions spanning multiple technologies and domains Manage complex network transformation initiatives involving SDWAN, WAN, MPLS, and DWDM technologies Develop and maintain cloud networking architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments Implement and optimise LAN and WiFi network designs Manage internet proxy and firewall infrastructure with a security-first approach Configure and maintain advanced load balancing solutions Design and support voice communication platforms including UCaaS and CCaaS technologies Implement and manage NSX-T network virtualisation solutions Develop and maintain secure DMZ configurations Ensure PCI compliance in network design and implementation Design and manage enterprise VPN infrastructures Required Technical Expertise for Lead Network Engineer Minimum 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience Advanced knowledge of:

SDWAN and WAN technologies MPLS and DWDM infrastructure Cloud networking architectures LAN and WiFi network design Internet proxy and firewall technologies Load balancing solutions Voice communication platforms (UCaaS/CCaaS) VMware NSX-T network virtualisation DMZ design and implementation PCI DSS network security requirements Enterprise VPN solutions

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field Professional certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE, VMware NSX certifications) Proven experience leading complex network infrastructure projects Strong understanding of security best practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
