Qualifications
Registered Nurse Master's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing or health related subject or working towards with completion in three years Significant relevant experience in managerial roles Teaching/assessing qualification or experience Track record of significant continuous professional and management development Leadership training or equivalent experience Experience
Experience of managing and leading a broad range of staff Experience in improving quality for patients, staff, and services Meets all desirable criteria as per attached job description/person specification Skills
