Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) - Nursing Home
Salary: up to £47,400 per annum
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Hours: Full time 37.5h DAYS (Mixture of 12h and 7h long shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent
The care home is registered for 80 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia and Huntington's.
We are looking for compassionate nurses (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with at least 2 years of leadership experience in a nursing home / care home in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and decision-making Ensure quality nursing care and assessments Lead, motivate, and manage the care team Monitor and supervise care practices Hands-on nursing care Support Home Manager in home operation
