We are looking for a Platformer with: Skills Eagerness to Learn Marketing Strategies: Interest in understanding how businesses guide potential customers through the buyer’s journey. Willingness to learn how lead nurture campaigns align with marketing and sales goals. Interested in Digital Tech and Tools: An interest in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. Comfortable with using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and beginner-level data platforms (Google Analytics, etc.). Basic Content Understanding: Enthusiasm for learning how to align content with audience needs. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to take feedback and improve. Ability to collaborate with peers and ask for help when needed. Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks, keeping track of deadlines, and assisting with project coordination. Curiosity About Data and Metrics: A keen interest in analysing campaign performance and learning how to interpret basic data like email open and click-through rates. On the 6 month programme, you’ll be involved in: Nurture Strategy Engaging Leads: Your job will be to create strategies that keep people interested in the company’s products or services, moving them closer to a sale. Working with Teams: You’ll work closely with different teams within the company to make sure your strategies are being carried out. Creating Campaigns: You'll design and manage email, social media, and content marketing campaigns to nurture leads (potential customers) and build relationships with them. Personalised Campaigns: You’ll create tailored campaigns for different customer groups based on what they’re interested in. Tracking and Improving: You will monitor how well these campaigns are working (like how many people are opening emails or visiting the website) and figure out which leads are the most promising, so you can prioritize follow-up actions. Optimizing: You’ll suggest ways to improve landing pages, emails, and web forms to increase lead engagement and sales. Using Tools: You’ll use marketing tools to set up automatic systems for managing leads and tracking how they move through the sales process. Reporting: You will track the performance of your campaigns and provide recommendations on how to make them better. Marketing Automation Setting Up Campaigns: You’ll help design and manage email marketing campaigns that automatically send messages to potential customers at the right times. Learning Tools: You will learn to build automated systems that guide people through their journey with the company, making sure they stay interested. Improving Performance: Your role will involve finding ways to improve how these campaigns work, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Using AI and Automation: You’ll explore how automation and AI can help make processes faster and more efficient, improving how leads are managed. Collaboration: You’ll work with other teams to understand how customers move through the sales process and find ways to improve nurturing programs. Learning about how marketing automation fits into a nurture strategy and wider Marketing Tech stack. Reporting and Data: You will track how the email campaigns are performing and use that data to make improvements.
