Role Requirements
Degree or post-graduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in mental health (ideally within an inpatient setting)
Currently working in at least a Band 6 or 7 role (a lead or head of department role is desirable)
Current and valid registration with HCPC
Experience of supervising or line managing staff
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Proven experience of leading and facilitating individual / group sessions
