Lead Occupational Therapist

to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide clinical, professional and operational leadership to the Occupational Therapy (OT) service. Deliver highly specialised and advanced OT assessment, treatment and management for patients. Ensure practice meets agreed local and national standards and clinical governance requirements. Participate in service quality improvement initiatives, including clinical audits. Oversee student placements within the OT team. Attend required meetings and represent the OT department.
