A hospital clinical pharmacist background, with a strong patient focus, clinical skills, and knowledge. Good systems thinking, with a collaborative 'can-do' approach. Person Specification: Education/Qualifications/Training: Essential Criteria: Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent. Statutory registration - General Pharmaceutical Council. Desirable Criteria: Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB Member. Postgraduate Clinical diploma or equivalent experience. Management qualification. Continuous Professional Development: Essential Criteria: Evidence of continuing professional development (GPhC). Experience of audit, projects, and managing change. Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team. Experience of undertaking and developing audits. Desirable Criteria: Delivery of pharmacy services across a range of areas. Experience of budget reports (preparing or analysis). Involvement in developing a service within pharmacy. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Essential Criteria: Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. IT competencies across a range of common software. Advanced keyboard skills and computer literate, with the ability to use software packages (including pharmacy IT systems and electronic patient records). Basic project management skills. Requirement to use a computer screen for long periods on a daily basis. Ability to travel independently and efficiently between Trust locations to fulfil the requirements of the role.
