We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Pharmacy Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn as Lead Pharmacist for Surgery and Critical Care. Qualifications/training and professional development
Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent demonstrable experience Hold or willing to work towards independent prescribing qualification Registered as a pharmacist with The General Pharmaceutical Council Member of a clinical and/or professional organisation involved in pharmacy practice MSc in Clinical Pharmacy Experience
Extensive post-registration experience with substantial hospital experience Extensive experience providing a pharmacy clinical service to patients in a range of surgical sub-specialities Experience in providing and evaluating pharmacy education & training including mentorship Experience of implementing and/or reviewing policies, guidelines, PGDs or equivalent Evidence of on-going CPD Skills, abilities, and knowledge
