As a Lead Physiotherapist, your primary responsibility will be delivering an outstanding physiotherapy service. You will offer care to a diverse community, providing supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and support staff. This role involves conducting comprehensive specialist assessments of patients dealing with complex physical and psychological conditions, forming clinical diagnoses, and crafting tailored treatment programmes. Furthermore, managing the day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy service and allocating designated caseloads for team members are key aspects of this position. To qualify, you must be HCPC registered, hold a Band 7 position, and possess at least two years of experience. What you will do: Provide exceptional physiotherapy care to inpatients with diverse cultural backgrounds. Support, supervise, and mentor junior physiotherapy staff. Perform detailed assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans. Oversee the operational organisation of the physiotherapy services.
