We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Computing Science Lead Practitioner to oversee KS3, KS4, and KS5 Computing and develop a Digital Literacy Strategy across the school; with a proven track record of having delivered academic rigour and excellent student outcomes to lead our Computing Department. Central to this is the ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire colleagues to provide outstanding provision for our students. You will also drive some whole-school teaching and learning initiatives to raise the achievement of all students. You will need to have at least 5-6 years of post-qualification teaching experience ideally as a Head of Computer Science and be able to think strategically, analytically, and creatively as well as being an excellent classroom practitioner.
