In conjunction with the leadership team, line managers and HR colleagues within the school you will lead on ensuring appropriate and bespoke programs of coaching and mentoring are planned for and delivered as appropriate to the individual, which could link

to course requirements. You will support individuals in becoming impactful and reflective practitioners, whilst gaining appropriate qualifications to support their career development. There is a directed teaching time with this role of two days a week. This commitment may be class based or an offer of specialist teaching which will be agreed with the Headteacher. You will be an inspirational teacher with proven experience of leading an initiative at a strategic level and be able to demonstrate evidence of implementing and maintaining a culture which prioritises staff well-being and development, whilst prioritising

the needs of our pupils. Closing date 9 am, Monday 3 February 2025. Interviews will take place week commencing 10 February 2025.
