Our successful candidate will need to be dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking. As the Lead Practitioner for maths, you will work in a large team with a wide range of experience. The department continues to successfully train and develop ECTs as a means of investing in the future of the department. As the Lead Practitioner, you will lead the development of ECTs and the educational implementation (teaching and learning) standards across the department. With senior leaders also in the department, you will be able to rely on the expertise of established practitioners who will play a part in working with you to drive standards higher. This is a fantastic role where you will have a direct impact in developing the maths department to make it even better and grow our talented maths team to secure the very best outcomes for students at our academy.
