Lead Practitioner of MFL
and join our fantastic
language department . The right candidate will be instrumental in our mission to provide every student a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background. A passionate practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, rigorous lessons that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom. As the Lead Practitioner of MFL, you will support staff development through coaching and CPD within the MFL Team and beyond. We are looking for someone to raise the profile of all languages, including community languages, so our linguists can flourish. As part of your own CPD, you will keep up to date with relevant research and subject pedagogy and will be prepared to undertake additional CPD to effectively lead in MFL. We are seeking to build our team due to an increase in pupil numbers and a commitment to ensure subject specialists for language all the way through our academy.
