Management of our most complex Customer Programmes with line management responsibility for one or more Programme Managers each managing their own low to medium complexity programme or a Senior Programme Manager leading a higher complexity programme.

Programme Leadership Decision making and risk management Customer Engagement Integrated team management Partner Management Hands on execution Continuous improvement Executive reporting What we are looking for: Proven Leadership experience within Programme from a complex manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
