We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Controls Manager to join our client's site-based team on a major petrochemical project in Saltend, Hull. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing governance, cost, scheduling, and risk control for a high-value, complex construction programme.
The Services (OUTSIDE IR35):
* Overseeing an Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) to deliver effective project governance and controls.
* Managing progress reporting, cost forecasting, and risk mitigation in alignment with the project execution plan.
* Ensuring integration of contractor schedules, budgets, and progress reports into the master control plan.
* Promoting continuous improvement and a solutions-oriented approach to project management.
The Candidate:
* Strong experience leading project controls on large-scale industrial projects.
* Expertise in NEC3/NEC4 ECC contracts, with a collaborative management style.
* Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a background in the petrochemical or energy sector
