As part of the NPI & Projects team, the primary focus of the role is cross-functional leadership and support within Engineering and the New Product Introduction (NPI) Team.
Experience required:
Strong technical knowledge of engineered products and manufacturing in some capacity, design and development, manufacturing, or test and approval (Mechanical, Electronics). Experience in leading complex engineering projects or has held technical leadership roles within a Project Environment, from conception to completion. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum). Track record of involvement in driving introduction of new engineered products. Thorough understanding of Bill of Materials and their management. Capable of understanding technical data (3D/2D CAD data, schematics, test reports). Design and Process FMEA. Engineering Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline or relevant experience.
The role is based at a 'state of the art' facility in Bolton. Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
