Lead Project Manager (Consultancy/ Business Change & Transformation) Location : London 1 day a week Salary : £85,000 dependent on experience We're working with a specialist advisory service & consultancy that is looking to expand their team due to continued success! This industry-leading organisation brings together some of the brightest minds in consulting, which has led to year-on-year revenue growth (including 2023 & 2024). In this role, you will lead multiple projects & portfolios to drive business transformation initiatives for your clients, working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to help define strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead & manage large-scale projects & portfolios, ensuring timely delivery & quality outcomes. Drive business transformation initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies. Manage the delivery of competing & complex priorities, adapting continuously to drive successful outcomes. Attend industry-leading seminars to stay ahead of the market on emerging technologies and industry innovation. Consult and offer your opinion & solutions to both clients and colleagues. Contribute to mentoring junior colleagues to continue a collaborative and supportive culture.
