Lead QA Analyst

to join an innovative program within a prestigious organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead quality assurance initiatives, enhance testing processes, and contribute to the success of a transformative administration project. Role Overview:

As the Lead QA Analyst, you will oversee the management, planning, and execution of test activities, ensuring seamless integration across systems. With a strong technical foundation and expertise in quality processes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior experience for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of detailed test scenarios and cases. Coordinate End-to-End testing to ensure smooth system interactions. Implement and manage defect management tools and processes. Educate and support stakeholders and delivery teams on testing best practices. Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches. Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a project test lead. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent). Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage). Why Join Us?
