We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with an interest in cybersecurity and a passion for developing robust, automated testing strategies. As Lead QA, you will drive the evolution of our testing practices, focusing on automation, end-to-end system validation, and load testing. You will collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to ensure quality and reliability across our products, primarily focused on the Clarity platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that brings innovative cybersecurity solutions to market and continuously improves operational efficiencies within our Security Operations Center (SOC). Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Leadership Lead and define the QA strategy, incorporating industry best practices including secure testing methodologies. Develop, implement, and evolve test plans to align with product requirements, focusing on automated testing for scalability and efficiency. Establish end-to-end system testing, load testing, and ensure quality across all stages of product development and deployment. Automation and Testing Innovation Drive the transition to automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes, ensuring consistency and coverage across all product areas. Mentor and upskill team members in automated testing techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing and integrate automation into our CI/CD pipeline. Collaboration with Development and Product Teams Work closely with Development, Product, UI/UX, and Architecture teams to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and traceable through the QA lifecycle. Engage with the Innovation team to support prototyping and piloting new products, enhancing their reliability and performance. Provide feedback and guidance to development teams on defect prevention and quality improvement strategies. Cybersecurity Domain Apply a cybersecurity lens to all testing activities, ensuring products and platforms are resilient against security vulnerabilities and threats. Perform testing focused on detecting and managing incident false positives, true positives, and duplicates, ensuring efficiencies within the SOC. Metrics and Reporting Establish and track quality metrics, generating insights into testing effectiveness, coverage, and product reliability. Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
