Mindera is looking for a Lead QAE to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with engineers throughout the development and testing lifecycle and drive the design and development of automation scripts. You will be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure you are continuously delivering the best possible outcome, harnessing innovation and driving adoption of new technologies to deliver business value. Your vision and ambition will contribute to shaping our online technology roadmap, influencing our future technical direction and balancing passion with precision to deliver exceptional online service and solutions for our customers. As a Lead QAE, you will be dealing with client and business stakeholders daily. You will be offering architectural guidance and building seamless user interactions to world-class standards. As a more experienced engineer, it will be crucial to our growth for you to take part in interviewing potential new hires. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in our London office. Responsibilities:

Leading quality assurance processes and functional testing Working with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation are built to your standards Vast experience in Test Automation and excellent understanding of test automation best practices Comfortable influencing team discussions with the client on the project Using source control systems e.g., Git Experience of executing tests as part of CI/CD pipelines Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose Coaching and mentoring others on the team, regardless of seniority, to build their expertise and understanding We Offer:
