CENTRAL LONDON (PARTIAL REMOTE WORKING POST-COVID) UP TO 95,000 Tec Partners are working with a globally established FinTech company who have revolutionised an industry which was not touched by technology before their inception. They have recently taken on an enormous chunk of investment and are looking to hire multiple Ruby Developers. As a Lead Ruby Developer, you will join one of their many small and cross-functional teams to develop new user-facing features. You will work with Ruby on the back end in a Rails environment but you will also get some exposure to React and Ember on their front end. They have a very collaborative and agile team environment, giving you ample opportunity for you to have your voice heard. You will report into an experienced Engineering Manager who will mentor and guide you through your career. They have an excellent progression structure with a proven track record of developing experienced Lead Ruby Developers into excellent managers. THE TECH STACK
