Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with customers to understand process requirements Develop and implement technical transfer plans Drive system architecture and engineering design requirements Define user and functional requirements for next-generation manufacturing systems Coordinate and execute process development work packages Ensure adherence to lab procedures and support risk assessment activities Foster strong partnerships with collaborators and guide integration requirements assessments
Requirements:
MSc in Biochemistry/Immunology/Bioprocessing/Biomedical engineering or related discipline (PhD desirable) Practical experience in R&D within an industrial setting In-depth understanding of cell therapy manufacturing/process development and technical transfer Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell culture, T cell biology, Design of Experiments (DoE), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Experience leading complex technology projects Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills
