Lead Security Engineer – Install & Commissioning Step into a Lead Engineer role with a close-knit team, delivering cutting-edge enterprise security solutions across high-profile commercial sites. Van, fuel card, phone, laptop, and tools provided Weekly standby allowance of £200 (on-call rota: 1 in 6 weeks) Training opportunities on enterprise systems Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide engineers, providing technical support as needed. Installation and commissioning of high-end security systems. Work on enterprise-level systems such as Avigilon, Gallagher, and Lenel (training provided). Ensure work meets high standards, delivering exceptional service to commercial clients. Oversee projects in sectors including offices, construction sites, and other large-scale commercial environments. Requirements: Proven experience in security systems installation and commissioning. Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor engineers. Experience with enterprise systems (Avigilon, Gallagher, Lenel) is a bonus, but training will be provided.
