This role is central to providing exceptional care and support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. You will utilise a digital app called
Nourish
to manage care and support plans. While experience with digital or mobile applications is advantageous, full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Serve as a vital link between support staff and management, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery. Oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Provide one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs, prioritising their emotional and physical well-being. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional growth and confidence. Address and resolve challenges during shifts, ensuring a safe and positive environment. Promote person-centred care, supporting individuals to engage in activities they enjoy. Accompany individuals on community outings, encouraging social inclusion and interaction. Essential Criteria Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required Proven experience in a senior support role. A valid driving licence.
