Reporting into the Settlements Performance Manager, your role as Lead Settlements Analyst will play a significant part in preparing, analysing and managing customer & meter related data which supports Business Energy’s settlements mandate. You will

Provide data analysis of metering and settlements information within our electricity and gas portfolio to provide insight into settlements performance and share insights into solutions. Own and improve the process by which we measure our workstreams to improve settlements performance: (e.g. D10’s, registrations, erroneous EAC/AA etc). Highlight and manage risks and issues associated with data and proactively identifying and sourcing mitigations. (e.g. D0095’s, large EAC/AA etc). Be a key stakeholder in managing our internal and external relationships, assisting in rolling out metering projects across the business. Work with our 3rd parties to monitor SLA’s, dataflow responses and their output to ensure we are meeting our internal and external targets. You have

A good understanding of the Energy market, particularly around Smart Metering and Gas. Experience of working with industry regulations such as Elexon and Xoserve. Analytical experience with the capability to clearly present accurate data to stakeholders. Worked within a complex regulated environment on projects or programmes. About SSE
