We are looking for an experienced C++ Lead Software Engineer to join our Yunex Traffic R&D product development team in Poole. Who are we looking for?

Solid experience designing and implementing embedded software systems and/or embedded software. You will enjoy opportunities to work on both new and existing projects and be challenged to make a difference through your enthusiasm and self-motivation; bringing ideas to the team, facilitating change and helping direct the future of Yunex Traffic. A growth mindset. Someone who is always keen to learn new skills. Someone who has strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to design complex systems in a way that also allows our teams to implement them. Experience with new development and extending existing product code base. You will be able to review, analyse the technical detail of our roadmaps and help design appropriate solutions as part of a team. Experience of working within Agile teams and working practices. You will be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate an equivalent skill set. C, C++. Ability to work with complex multithreaded applications. Gitlab. CI/CD Practices. DevOps Practices. Experience developing applications in OpenVMS would be advantageous. Experience of AWS would be advantageous. Benefits include:
