As a lead installer, you are the leader of your install team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Project management team, you are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will work hands-on with your crew while installing a wide range of Solar PV panels. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the high standards all while providing excellent customer service.
The company has been installing PV systems for over 20 years and they aim to make each install as simple as possible for their Engineers. All sites are technically surveyed prior to the installation starting, all scaffolding and required infrastructure will be set up prior to the team's arrival, and all materials are delivered to site with some surplus to keep as spares/van stock.
You will only ever have 2-3 installs per day; once the installs are complete, your day is finished. This means if you have smaller systems and complete them all by 1pm, you can go home but will still be paid for a full day.
