We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage teams of pharmacists and other healthcare professionals ensuring effective antimicrobial stewardship across the Trust. The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. About the Role:
To develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to antimicrobial use and infection control. To collaborate with clinicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize antimicrobial prescribing and reduce antibiotic resistance. To provide education and training to healthcare professionals on antimicrobial stewardship and infection control best practices. To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based guidelines and protocols. Key Responsibilities:

You must be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have hospital and ward-based clinical experience.
