Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information. What does a Studio Artist Lead do at Hogarth? As a Studio Artist Lead at Hogarth, you'll play a key leadership role, overseeing a team of skilled artists in producing high-quality visuals for global campaigns. You'll combine your technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure efficient workflow, resource management, and client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the creative output of the team and contribute to the overall success of the studio. Key Responsibilities Build and prepare mechanical files for production using Adobe Creative Suite software, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and technical specifications. Collaborate with project management, studio managers, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with Studio Managers to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and staffed for optimal efficiency. Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed. Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to a team of Studio Artists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Manage the briefing process for the team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and quality control processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the studio's operations. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear expectations and project success. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Deep understanding of print production, colour retouching, and digital artwork creation. Strong attention to detail, meticulous quality control skills, and a commitment to producing flawless work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a passion for mentoring and developing others. Significant experience working with branding, design, and marketing teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and industry best practices. Experience supporting art directors and designers, showcasing the ability to translate creative vision into production-ready artwork. Adaptability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new workflows and technologies. Proficiency in macOS and iOS software is a plus. Experience with packaging and printing technology is a plus. Candidates must be able to work onsite with the client full time, up to 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, potentially 3 times per year.
