LEAD STUDIO MANAGER | CREATIVE | STUDIO & CONTENT OPERATIONS | FASHION | £48,000 - £52,000

Supporting & leading 7 fashion brands, this is an exciting and rare creative opportunity. You will be responsible for the execution for all product to make its way onto all ecom pages, campaigns, socials, and other platforms in a timely, accurate and commercial manner.

A good grasp of product information is important, along with experience in styling and outfit building for both studio and location shoots as you will need to be super organised and able to juggle the complex pre-production planning. So ensuring everything is ready and on time before production kicks off is essential.

AN INSIGHT INTO THIS ROLE OF A LEAD STUDIO MANAGER:

  • Lead the Production Dream Team: Guide a group of savvy production coordinators, ensuring they're on top of planning and delivering fabulous samples and data for all our channels, from e-commerce to creative shoots.
  • Inspire High Performance: Track team performance and mentor them to shine, making sure everyone's hitting their creative stride.
  • Collaborate Across the Board: Connect with different departments to keep sample availability flowing and tackle any issues that might impact our stylish running orders.
  • Stay on Top of Changes: Oversee the team in gathering info on any tweaks or updates to final sample versions, keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Master Sample Lead Times: Use your knowledge of lead times from each supplier to accurately plan our production capacity.
  • Administer the Studio Timeline: Manage the critical path for sample delivery, working closely with the relevant teams to keep everything on track.
  • Reassess and Adapt: Be quick on your feet by reassessing options for unexpected sample deliveries, ensuring products are allocated efficiently and updating management ASAP.
  • Organize with Style: Lead your team in keeping samples neatly organized, stored, tagged, and ready to shine each season.
  • Collaborate with Buying Teams: Partner up with buying teams to secure seasonal sample orders for all divisions.
  • Revive Past Treasures: Identify and repurpose assets from past seasons for recycling or reshoots, giving them new life.
  • Creative Outfit Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the styling team during outfit building and rack-up sessions to create stunning looks!

  • Celebrate Team Wins: Track performance and share updates on team activities, cheering on the creative sparks that keep us ahead in the fashion game.
  • Set Achievable Goals: Ensure our KPIs are not just numbers, but exciting challenges that inspire the team across all categories of post-production.
  • Cultivate Creative Partnerships: Manage our collaboration with third-party suppliers to ensure outsourced imagery aligns perfectly with our fashion vision.
  • Champion Compliance: Raise the flag with the Head of Department if any images stray from our style guide or creative briefs-keeping our brand looking its best!
  • Ensure Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with the styling and photography teams to make sure our style ambitions are not only bold but also achievable within our post-production capabilities.
  • Empower with Training: Create engaging training materials to help the photography team grasp our post-production standards and elevate their craft!
