We’re currently recruiting for a Lead Support Worker within Supported Living to manage the day to day running of a number of locations ensuring all general documentation is in place and updated and that necessary support is provided to staff teams. ABOUT THE ROLE To supervise the support for each person within your area of responsibility ensuring that all documentation for each client is in place and updated on a regular basis. Manage the day to day running of a number of locations ensuring all general documentation is in place and updated and that support is given to staff teams. This position is working 5 days over 7, and you must be available for sleeps and a range of day shifts. To carry out supervisions and annual appraisals for each staff member and identify training needs on an annual basis. To ensure all sessions are documented and on file ready for inspection. To ensure all clients have a person centred plan within one month of coming into the service. To be responsible for ensuring all reviews take place on a regular basis. To organise the rota for all support staff within the property. Help people to maintain and develop relationships of their choice.
