We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Support Worker to join our team. As a Lead Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to individuals in accordance with their care plans Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in activities Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide others Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written IT skills for documentation purposes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of care plans and experience in senior care or care home settings is a plus Compensation and Benefits:
