Lead Technician 2 We are seeking a Lead Technician 2 to lead and supervise 10+ colleagues in carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections and defect rectification. What you'll do:

Maintain a safe working environment by role modelling and managing quality, health and safety and housekeeping standards Manage quality standards by ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures to ensure continued airworthiness of the aircraft Organise and agree team work schedule and allocate tasks to deliver area to agreed targets Complete maintenance tasks as directed on aircraft or components on time. Work to improve schedules and aircraft downtimes Provide technical supervision of teams maintenance tasks. Sign off work on completion within the full scope of individual approval Drive and operate vehicles, including mechanical handling, lifting equipment and elevated work platforms, to the limit of permits held Communicate effectively within the shift/team Deliver departmental productivity and cost targets by seeking ways to improve work tasks, processes and environment. Provide oversight of work carried out by allocated team members. What you'll bring to British Airways:

CAA Pt66 Licence 3 years aircraft maintenance experience Completed 777 or 787 authorisation course. Maintains Lead Technician Base Maintenance authorisations Ability to read, write and interpret engineering data (job cards and manuals) Salary:

£57,000 per annum plus shift allowance £4,163pa (4x4 Days) or £8,741pa (4x4 Nights) What we offer:
