What you will do
We are looking for a competent IREF Lead Technician, who can lead diagnosis and repairs of systems malfunctions, requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding of time and equipment requirements. You will act as a subject expert, keeping customers informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommending system enhancements/upgrades, and providing the customer with advice/training in system operations as required. Your role as a Lead Technician is to maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring proactive feedback, documentation of the customer's equipment and systems status/work completed. You may provide technical coaching to less experienced service team members as well as coordinate on-site work activity for highly complex and multi-person jobs. This may include overseeing activities of subcontractors. The role is based in Scotland, predominantly within the Glasgow region. What we look for
