What the role involves

• Leading the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention provision for Southampton FC's Under-21 players.
• Deliver progressive rehabilitation programmes that support players returning safely and effectively to performance.
• Supporting player transitions between academy and first-team environments, helping create alignment across the club's medical and performance departments.

Skills and requirements

• Degree-qualified Physiotherapist and HCPC/CSP registered.
• Experience working within professional football and/or elite sport environments.
• Experience operating within multidisciplinary sports medicine and performance teams.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with players, coaches and colleagues.
