A thriving, independent veterinary practice in a vibrant part of North London is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to lead their dedicated and friendly team. This established practice serves a loyal client base of over 2,300 registered patients and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and potential partnership. The clinic has a fully equipped theatre, digital X-ray, dental machine, and access to advanced diagnostics like CT/MRI at a nearby 24-hour hospital. Situated in a charming area with boutique shops, cafes, and green spaces, this role combines professional fulfilment with a high quality of life. The practice offers a supportive and light-hearted work environment where collaboration and team spirit are valued. The role includes a 4-day workweek with a 1:6 full weekend rota, from 9am to 7pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures. Deliver clear communication and updates to clients regarding patient care. Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Develop tailored treatment plans with accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with the Practice Manager to maximise practice performance. Mentor, inspire, and support the team, promoting skill development and best practices. Contribute to a progressive clinical culture within the practice. What’s on Offer:
