Full Time Our client - a small animal practice - is recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their talented team. The practice has a caring and experienced team who deliver exceptional client and patient care, offering a full range of services and facilities. They form part of the wider Staffordshire team alongside their sister branch in Newcastle under Lyme. This position is a full-time, permanent role. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the veterinary team and ensuring the provision of exceptional medical care to your patients. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for animal welfare, alongside the support provided through their regional teams and support centre, will contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of the practice, your team, and yourself. Our client offers an excellent package with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum including Private Medical Insurance from day one, Health cash plan from day one (covering dental, physio, and optical services) with 24/7 Private GP Service, Quarterly Lead Vet Contribution Scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% on top of your salary, an additional ‘Day for You’ as a paid day’s leave for you to use as you wish, 33 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays) rising to 38 with length of service, Clinical CPD: £1,500 per year plus 3 days’ paid leave, Sabbatical based on length of service, VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid, and plenty more.
