Our client in Kings Lynn has an opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon with three plus years of experience to join them. The successful candidate will be comfortable with medical cases and many routine surgical procedures. Once fully recruited, there will be 2 vets in this practice. This role will not only involve delivering excellent clinical service but also developing and driving the skills of the other vet as well as the pet care assistants, gradually taking on management aspects of the practice. Our client expects that the candidate for this role will be pivotal in the future development of this practice and will consider partnerships if that is of interest.
It is likely that this will be a first "leadership" position, and full support will be offered in areas that may be unfamiliar to candidates.
The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, full labs, and everything you would expect to run an excellent first opinion clinic.
