Lead and support a team of solicitors and legal assistants, fostering a high standard of practice. Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients and other legal professionals. Draft, review, and interpret wills, trusts, and related legal documents. Ensure compliance with the latest legal standards and company protocols. Address and resolve intricate legal challenges concerning estate management. Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with an established background in wills, trusts, and probate law. Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in wills and probate practice. Demonstrated leadership ability with prior team management experience. Exceptional communication and client management skills.
