We are looking for a passionate

Paediatric Nurse Manager

to join a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in

paediatric complex care . This community role will be based in the

Southampton

area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase. The successful Paediatric Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities. Criteria for a Paediatric Nurse Manager: RSCN with an active NMC PIN Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs Full UK Driving Licence essential

Key responsibilities for a Paediatric Nurse Manager:

Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs Effectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamwork Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload Deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your clients' families Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Benefit package for a Paediatric Nurse Manager:
