In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the talent development strategy, ensuring the teams are equipped with the skills to thrive and lead.
What You'll Do:
- Transform Talent: Identify skills gaps and create cutting-edge development plans to propel employees to success.
- Innovate Learning: Design and deliver high-impact programmes; immersive workshops, interactive e-learning and powerful coaching.
- Shape the Future: Lead the evolution to meet the ever-changing needs of the organisation.
- Drive Results: Measure the impact of your programmes, continuously improving to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the learning strategy with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven leader in crafting and delivering leadership development programmes.
- Experience in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Global Retail experience essential.
- Expertise in instructional design across multiple formats including face-to-face and digital.
- Strong project management skills and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
Please note: Hybrid working, 3 days per week in London HQ
