Well established, innovative and growing global Lean / Process Improvement Consultancy Practice. Permanent career opportunity with excellent prospects, ideally with a path to Partnership. Proven lean / process improvement experience in Financial services sector / transactional services is essential. Black Belt certification would be of advantage but is not essential. Previous Management Consulting experience is not required. Our client, a global specialist lean / six sigma / process improvement consultancy has grown rapidly, working with a range of clients across a variety of industrial sectors, including retail, manufacturing and financial services. Following a highly profitable period of growth, investment and continued demand for their services within the financial services / professional services sector they require an additional Senior Lean / Process Improvement Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. The Senior Lean / Process Improvement Consultant will work on-site at their financial services client's offices mainly in the City, Canary Wharf and Greater London. You will be reporting to and mentored by one of the Partners and work alongside other members of their team before leading projects yourself. The Lean / Process Improvement Consultant will utilise company tools and methodologies to assist in identifying improvement opportunities for their clients and will work with the client to develop and implement a plan for realising the opportunities such that the sustainable improvement can be clearly demonstrated. You will be accountable for performing process reviews, defining in detail the current processes and developing future state processes which will deliver the most effective results. The Senior Lean Consultant will manage the implementation of the future state, engaging with all stakeholders and where required, manage them to deliver the improvements. Requirements: Experience of implementing process improvement and lean deployment & tools within Financial Services, a Professional Services organisation or Transactional Services within any organisation. Proven demonstrable ability to apply Lean and / or Six Sigma methodology to drive efficient processes. Degree educated (or above), demonstrating a high level of business acumen and possessing a progressive career history, coupled with excellent communication and engagement skills. Although the vast majority of work will be within Greater London, contracts may be assigned across the UK, Europe and the USA and therefore willingness to travel and stay away from home during the working week is required.
